I have come back to this facility for rehab. Although it has been a rough time with my health I would like to express 2 ladies that have made my days and have the brightest smile and such kindness that I look forward when they are on the 314 hallway. Lisa an awesome Med Tech offers her help above and beyond her job. If there is something I need she cheerfully takes the few mins to take care of it. And there is nobody like Maria in housecleaning. She cleans cheerfully and is concerned with your needs. Brings sunshine to my room. Both of these ladies I would hire on the spot if I needed someone to supervise my business. Both an incredible value add to Baywind Village…They will be missed when I’m done with rehab.

Nurse Tiffany and CNA Jamaya were very attentive and professional in caring for my 89 y/o dad- especially in helping him shower, changing his clothes and bedding. Dad just looked so comfortable after and was able to sleep very well. I am grateful for their kind care as well as the therapy team at Baywind.

I am a resident at Baywind Village. There are a lot of wonderful people who work here. I would like to thank my aides who make my quality of life better, especially, Mary Gamble, Jami Garney, and Christina Chincilla. They care for me like we are related, and treat me with love and respect.

Unfortunately I had some health issues recently that required Physical Therapy. I asked around, did some research and learned Baywind Village had a strong Therapy team. All of the Therapists  are good but one really stands out. Oliy Ferrier. She is totally dedicated to her craft. Oliy is Super knowledgeable, compassionate, and a real pusher. Everything one could ask for in a trainer/therapist.  She's all business, tough as nails with a heart of gold.  Another stand out is Angelia Butler. If you're willing to work, those girls can get you where you need to be.I came to Baywind because of the therapy team but I found the rest of the facility to be top notch. All the staff I came in contact with were professional, friendly and helpful.

My mom has been there for a year. Certain nurses, aids, directors have bonded so wonderfully with her. Shelly, The Director of Social Services goes above and beyond with her always cheery smile and visits with my mom. Nothing is too much for Shelly, her presence alone is mood changing. Nadja (sp) her nurse, Ashley, one of her aids, and basically all the 300 corridor are so good to her. Ashley her aid facetimes us when I can’t make it, touches base w me via text, it means so very much. I’m sorry I can’t think of her other nurses name but a shout out of appreciation goes to her. (Forgive me!)I would like to thank all the kind health care staff that is so good to my mother, you know who you are!!

I am currently a patient here and would like to express my gratitude for my nurse Tiffany Hall she always comes to work with a brite smile and ready to work. She's a very good listener and never complains about the many jobs or tasks at hand for the day. When I see her here I just know my day will be great, I wish there were more caring nurses that loved their patients and job as much as she does. Thank you for the outstanding job and being my nurse.

First impressions are everything. I have been practicing audiology for 15 years and during that time providing services and hearing care to many patients in facilities, skilled nursing, and assisted living. What I experienced in my short time at Baywind Village was excellence! The level of communication and teamwork that you can see just by walking down the hallway is so impressive from administration, maintenance and the service care providers they are extremely engaging with the residence. And it is clear that their priority is the residence experience. Big shout out to Shelly Osborne not only personable, friendly and knowledgeable, but provided me everything I needed to make sure those residence had the best experience possible with my services. Stayed with me every step of the way. In my opinion, those are work ethics that are rarely found in facilities that have so much going on. In short, I will say if I had a loved one that was in need of assistance and care Shelly will be the first one I call. Thank you for everything. Baywind Village is setting the bar!

My brother was unfortunately only there for a week or so, but while he was there, he received the best are and attention to detail. The nurses were wonderful, and Shelly, the social worker, was amazing. She helped my brother, and made time to spend with me as well, helping me understand my brother's circumstances. She was very kind and understanding, and explained things in a plain, non-dramatic way that made them easy to understand and relate to. Nadja helped make the move less traumatic and was always available to answer questions. All of the nurses and aides were fantastic, both from the facility and from hospice. All in all, everyone there made a very sad situation more bearable.
